Welcome to Ahmed Solutions. These Terms & Conditions outline the policies governing the services provided by Ahmed Solutions (“we,” “our,” or “us”) to our clients (“you,” “your,” or “the Client”). By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Service Period & Rolling Agreements
All service agreements begin with a minimum initial period of three (3) months, unless otherwise stated in your contract.
After this period, the agreement automatically continues on a rolling monthly basis unless formally terminated.

2. Termination & Notice Period
To cancel services, a 30-day written notice is required via email or certified mail.
The final monthly payment still applies in full, as service slots, resources, and operational planning are allocated for full billing cycles.
Clients are entitled to continue using the services during the notice period if they choose.

3. Termination Fee
If a client cancels their service, a termination fee equal to their normal monthly service fee will apply.

This fee covers administrative work, final reporting, and transition costs associated with offboarding.

4. Payments & Billing
The first month’s payment is charged upfront, with all future payments processed automatically on the same date each month. By using our services, you authorize Ahmed Solutions to securely store your payment details and automatically charge your card for:
Monthly service fees
Termination fees (if applicable)
Any agreed additional charges
All payments are non-refundable, as services involve dedicated resource allocation.
Ahmed Solutions is VAT-registered, and VAT may apply based on local tax regulations.

5. Service Performance Disclaimer
Ahmed Solutions makes no guarantees regarding specific results, such as increased sales, leads, or business growth.
Our role is to provide expert service, but outcomes depend on multiple external factors beyond our control.

6. Confidentiality of Pricing & Agreements
All pricing, agreements, and service terms are confidential and must not be shared with third parties.
This confidentiality obligation remains in place for 3 years after services end.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By using our services, you waive the right to file chargebacks or payment disputes for services already rendered.
Any invoice disputes must be raised directly with Ahmed Solutions, and we will work to resolve them fairly.
Fraudulent chargebacks will be treated as a breach of contract and may result in legal action, with the client responsible for all legal fees and related costs.

8. Policy Updates
Ahmed Solutions reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Clients on rolling agreements are automatically subject to the most recent version of these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability
Ahmed Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from the use of our services.
Our total liability, if any, is limited to either:
Resupplying the service; or
Refunding the last month’s fee, at our discretion.

10. Dispute Resolution
In case of a dispute, both parties agree to resolve the matter through arbitration, handled by a neutral third party chosen by Ahmed Solutions.
Arbitration will take place in Ireland (or another jurisdiction chosen by Ahmed Solutions).

11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland.
Any legal proceedings will fall under the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By using Ahmed Solutions’ services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Continuing to use our services after any updates to these terms will constitute acceptance of the latest version.
